Since opening in 2002, the Town House has remained committed to the idea that innovative, progressive cuisine and a top-notch dining experience should not be limited to major cities and metropolitan areas. Chefs John B. Shields and Karen Urie prepare cuisine that blends a variety of influences with traditional flavors, using only the finest ingredients available. The result is fresh, clean flavors in combinations that sing both on the plate and in the mouth, as every dish is a true collaboration in which John and Karen bring together a unique balance of sweet and savory components.
